Citizens Community Federal is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and open and close customer accounts. You will work on-site as the branch shifts from Minnesota to Hudson, WI, with relocation timing through December 2026.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to bank policies. The successful candidate will engage with customers daily and support branch operations with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Three years of directly related full-time experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance across branch operations including teller, new accounts, vault and lending.
• Assists customers in selecting accounts and financial products with cross-sell opportunities.
• Processes retail and commercial checking and savings deposits per banking policies.
