Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a friendly Teller in Oakdale, MN, with plans to relocate to Hudson, WI in December 2026. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan/credit card payments, and customer inquiries, delivering courteous service and building customer relationships.

Ideal candidates are patient, detail-oriented, and team-focused, capable of handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. The position is full-time with a standard 40-hour week and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Cash handling or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Understand customer needs and introduce them to new products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and applicable laws; support BSA responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
