Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Three years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Two years of experience in financial services and teller duties.
• Experience in customer service and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Open and close customer accounts and handle deposits and withdrawals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities using professional sales techniques.
• Support branch operations including vault, cash handling and balancing.
• Assist with new account paperwork and funds availability checks.
• Collaborate with team and communicate policies and procedures.
