Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Three years of directly related full time experience may substitute for the degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• One year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch operations: teller, new accounts, vault teller, safe deposit, lending.
• Assists customers in selecting accounts and services, with cross-sell opportunities.
• Processes deposits and ensures documents meet banking policies.
• Assists in vault operations and balances currency and coin.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles funds availability notifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
