The role requires 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, cash handling, and bilingual Spanish. Hours align with branch operations, no Sundays, with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure onboarding and expanding relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller transactions.
