Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve as the bank’s front-line customer service associate. You will create a welcoming environment, assist with opening accounts, and handle teller transactions to support our clients.

In this role you will respond to inquiries in person and by phone, maintain records, and work to build long-term client relationships while following banking policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in business related field or two years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong math and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to cross-sale products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers in opening new accounts for commercial and consumer clients.
• Have knowledge of bank products to recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
• Contact new clients for onboarding activities.
• Assist in consumer loan applications and closings in applicable markets.
• Performs all teller duties including client transactions and balancing a cash drawer.
• Follow up with clients to assure resolution and maintain relationships.
