Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, client-centric service and build trusted relationships. You will promote banking products, support digital tools, and work with the team to meet clients' financial goals in a branch setting.

You will handle day-to-day banking, assist with account openings, and participate in branch operations while complying with policies and regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Develop meaningful client relationships by listening and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and equipment management in line with bank policies.
