Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and build trusted relationships using the latest banking tools and technology. You will help clients meet their financial goals while representing the brand with hospitality.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to learn products quickly. Cash handling experience is a plus, and you will collaborate closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.

Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet clients, create a welcoming environment, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check in clients, and schedule meetings.
Open new accounts and service existing accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and tech options such as Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
Handle branch operations, including cash devices, adhering to bank policies.
