• Maintain cash drawer within prescribed limits and balance daily.
• Provide superior customer service in person and over the phone; resolve issues with tact.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer customers to appropriate units.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and all applicable laws and bank policies.
• Assist with vault/ATM balancing and other duties as assigned.
