Conklin Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Newton, KS. You will be the primary contact for customers, assess needs, explain repairs, and communicate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with a valid drivers license. Automotive knowledge is a plus, and there is no Saturday work in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge preferred.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including service management tools.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and necessary paperwork for services rendered.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay informed on promotional offerings and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
