Conklin Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Newton, KS. You will be the primary contact for customers, assess needs, explain repairs, and communicate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with a valid drivers license. Automotive knowledge is a plus, and there is no Saturday work in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge preferred.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including service management tools.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
