Job summary

Fletcher Jones Toyota of Carson seeks a Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers, listening to problems, and preparing repair orders. You will act as the liaison between customer and technician to ensure understanding of needed service and repairs, and communicate progress to the customer throughout the day.

Position offers potential for commissions and competitive total compensation in a team-oriented environment within the Fletcher Jones Automotive

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
Prepare accurate Repair Orders showing time, cost and labor estimates, verifying warranty and service contracts and reviewing with clients.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently.
Increase profitability by maximizing sales by promoting the sale of labor, parts and accessories by providing explanation of estimates and obtaining approval for work that is sold.
