Qualifications

• Flexible schedule ability
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Proficient reading/writing in English
• Basic math skills including making change
• Ability to validate ID for tobacco/alcohol
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders
• Remain calm and follow procedures during emergencies
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products tolerated
• Work in coolers/outdoor conditions and varied temperatures

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift and balance cash quickly and accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surrounding property
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager
• Perform additional duties as assigned
