Loop Neighborhood Market is looking for friendly, customer-focused Team Members to join our growing West Coast Convenience family. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts (first, second, or third) to fit your lifestyle and help you grow with our team.

You will manage cash, assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store and car wash area. We value safety, teamwork, and strong communication, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible schedule to work across first, second or third shifts.
• Ability to read, understand and write English.
• Perform basic math including making change accurately.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol sales per law.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Work in various temperatures and tolerate fumes from gasoline/cleaning products.

Aufgaben

• Manage the cash register and balance cash during the shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and car wash area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed and prepare shift reports.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to help increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager as required.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
