The role emphasizes strong communication, professional interaction, and the ability to prioritize customer requests while supporting equipment repair coordination and service tickets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in customer service or sales required; 6 years preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with professional interaction.
• Ability to assess customer needs and match products/benefits.
• Superior telephone skills.
• Good judgment and ability to prioritize customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Record customer product orders accurately.
• Educate customers on new products offered.
• Match product benefits with customer needs.
• Identify and handle customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues regarding order execution, delivery, and service requests.
• Dispatch equipment repair requests to PBV channels.
• Log repair calls in SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
