Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including handling phone calls and data entry.
• Ability to work with ERP/ software to manage customer information and enter data.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy; strong typing skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities; able to follow up on commitments.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to customer needs and stress.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for part orders and customer inquiries; enter orders into ERP (IFS).
• Handle customer concerns by creating cases and RMAs in ERP.
• Process orders via EDI.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Review daily reports and update system data from various departments.
• Create sales quotes as requested by Sales Department.
