Qualifications

• Deepen relationships with customers and guide them to meet financial needs.
• Provide follow up to customer questions and address issues promptly.
• Maintain timely communication and confidentiality of customer information.
• Follow the Bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics in all actions.
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and use referrals tracking tools.
• Handle daily office responsibilities and maintain operational accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
