Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring at Clean Express Auto Wash location in Waterford, Michigan. As a Team Member you will deliver friendly customer service, present Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upsell products while guiding customers through the wash process.

Must be able to work outdoors, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. We offer training with pay increases, recognition programs, paid vacation per employee manual, uniforms provided, and a path to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and related products
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain quality checks and safety protocols
• Address customer questions and escalations calmly
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base
• Pitch memberships to new customers
• Perform related duties as required
