Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring a Team Member in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with advancement opportunities. You will help customers, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and deliver fast, eco-friendly car wash services.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to work weekends, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather while lifting up to 50 lbs. Company uniforms and paid vacation are provided as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a strong first impression.
• Maintain quality control checks to ensure service standards.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and process transactions.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required.
