Responsibilities

• Addresses and responds to all customer inquiries.
• Uses company systems to maintain customer accounts and billing records.
• Provides satisfactory customer service experience.
• Answers inquiries in person, verbally, and in writing per policies.
• Prepares transactions to establish/update customer accounts, billing, and service orders.
• Responds to correspondences and discusses collection activity and payment arrangements.
• Processes and balances incoming customer payments.
• Assists in training other Customer Representatives.
