Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional phone support to existing Tri-State customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure appointments are completed and needs are met.
• Document interactions in company systems with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
