Responsibilities

• Monitor collections steps in CIS for current/former customers.
• Contact customers via phone, email to collect overdue balances.
• Track notices, disconnection orders, and generate reports.
• Provide information to Customer Service teams about collection activity.
• Assist with installment plans and budgeting options for customers.
