Avalonvi is seeking a confident Call Center Representative to assist customers over the phone and provide helpful information about products and services. This role suits someone with strong communication skills who enjoys solving problems and delivering professional service.

You will handle calls, respond to questions, explain features and promotions, identify needs, and work with the team to meet service goals. Training and ongoing coaching are provided in a supportive environment.
