Job summary

OneMain Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to empower customers by understanding needs and providing solutions while learning the core functionalities of our business.

In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with website support, payments, complaints, and account servicing, all while maintaining compliance and documenting interactions to support first-call resolution.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of call center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent and engaging communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls with focus on quality and first call resolution.
• Support OneMain website assistance, including password resets and payments.
• Handle customer complaints, branch issues, delinquencies, and refunds.
• Manage portfolio servicing tasks including cash advances and settlements.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters and document interactions.
• Maintain compliance with FDCPA and relevant regulations.
