Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling upset customers.
• Experience with data entry and attention to detail.
• Scheduling or dispatching experience.
• Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, or quality assurance standards.
• Sales, customer retention, or membership enrollment experience.
