Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.
• Ability to track details across multiple systems and documents; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Support retention efforts by following up on concerns and ensuring issues are closed.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations by updating customer accounts and routing issues.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and billing/forecasting accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and other office operations where location requires.
