BrightStar Propane in Westerville, OH is seeking a customer service-focused team member to handle calls, scheduling, billing questions, and account updates.

You will work with the General Manager and delivery teams to ensure customers get accurate information, timely service, and smooth communications; prior experience in customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.
• Ability to track details accurately across multiple systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support growth and retention by resolving concerns and ensuring issues are closed.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations by resolving routing exceptions and updating accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and billing forecasting.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and other office operations where applicable.
