The role requires 1–3 months of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain services and promotions while working closely with dispatch and technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions.
• Strong communication skills and calm demeanor in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries with exceptional service.
