Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from program participants.
• Answer participant inquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Complete and maintain training objectives and performance goals.
• Research participant requests and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Document interactions in appropriate systems in a timely and accurate manner.
