Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, communicating clearly with customers and internal teams, and identifying needs to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Onsite work required 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions.
• Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
• Escalate technical issues with Tier 2 teams.
• Track and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Capture customer information across systems.
• Stay updated on processes, tools, and technology.
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
