Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; prior experience in a customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming calls from customers and making outbound follow-up calls.
• Provide consultation on pricing, service plans and billing issues.
• Prepare account changes and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Identify and act upon potential new sales opportunities.
• Assist with customer retention and cross-department coordination.
• Negotiate customer prices, service plan payments and billing per company guidelines.
