American Carpet South in Georgia is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to manage installation teams from dispatch through job close-out, coordinating real-time on-site issue resolution between customers, THD, and ACS while upholding our Say Yes values and financial goals. The role emphasizes scheduling, order verification, ETA communications, and post-installation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overtime/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks while staying organized.
• Aptitude for using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive a high number of scheduling calls.
• Verify purchased items with customers to ensure correct products.
• Receive calls from Installation team regarding ETA and arrival times.
• Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
