Job summary

Ace Parking Management in Dallas seeks a friendly Parking Attendant to assist guests, operate pay stations, issue receipts, and help locate vehicles while delivering professional service on site. You will greet guests, direct them to parking areas, monitor safety, and maintain tidy surroundings to support a smooth flow of traffic.

Candidates must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, speak clearly and diplomatically, handle irate customers, and bring an outgoing, enthusiastic personality;

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to speak clearly, distinctly, and effectively using tact and diplomacy.
• Experience dealing with irate customers and resolving customer issues and/or complaints.
• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a “Thank You.”

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pay stations or automated ticketing equipment, including obtaining receipts, and credit card payment.
• Assist customers with locating vehicles.
• Direct customers to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
• Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints.
• Actively look for ways to assist customers.
