Job summary

WOC Energy is seeking a customer-centric teammate to handle inbound and outbound calls, support routing and billing, and maintain accurate customer records. You will collaborate with the General Manager, service center, and delivery teams to ensure timely service and issue resolution across our service areas.

You will help grow customer retention by addressing concerns, following up, and ensuring issues are fully closed, with focus on accuracy and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service and scheduling.
• Ability to track details accurately across multiple systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support retention efforts by resolving concerns, following up, and closing issues.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations by resolving routing exceptions and updating accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and billing accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and other office operations where required.
