Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve product and service issues for customers.
• Assist sales associates with service and account issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services.
