Nex-Tech Wireless in Salina, KS is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to promote and sell wireless products and services. You will educate customers and build lasting relationships while engaging with the local community.

The role offers a Saturday-to-weekend friendly schedule, guaranteed pay of $16.00 per hour plus commissions, and opportunities for growth with benefits including retirement, health and life coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service, telephone sales, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on wireless products, services, and promotions.
• Build relationships through community engagement.
• Resolve product and service issues and determine customer needs and best solutions.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
