Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typing 45-50 WPM.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to resolve conflict and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers, consumers, and sales team with information on lead times, ETA, product specs, policies, and order cancellation.
• Resolve product and service issues and relay information to the appropriate department.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to customers to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Answer inbound calls to take orders and resolve issues.
• Enter orders into the system with high accuracy and speed.
• Maintain department standards and adapt to changing environments.
• Participate in ongoing training on policy, product, and processes.
