Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three plus years prior experience in contact center environment is required.
• Three plus years of experience in defined field or skillset preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to learn other applications.
• Customer service experience in a team environment is expected.
• Experience handling high call volume efficiently and timely.
• Problem solving skills and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for worksite employees on health benefits, web support and/or 401(k).
• Determines client and/or employee needs, responds accordingly and personalizes interactions.
• Documents, forwards, and follows up on issues requiring supplemental support for resolution.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and training requirements regarding HIPAA regulations.
• Provides level one support for health benefits related questions.
