Job summary

Insperity seeks a Benefits Representative to educate clients on benefit plans, resolve escalated issues, and coordinate enrollment activities. The role requires proficiency in benefits administration, knowledge of ERISA/HIPAA, and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Four to six years of experience in related field is preferred.
• CEBS certification preferred.
• Proficient in benefits administration and practices resulting in accurate compliance with benefit laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides ERISA and HIPAA compliance support internally and externally.
• Responds to benefit related issues and educates clients and worksite employees.
• Delivers benefit presentations and medical re-orientations for existing and new clients.
• Supports transition of MidMarket clients as needed.
• Collaborates with internal teams to resolve complex benefit issues and improve processes.
