What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build rapport with customers, asking probing questions to enhance their experience and resolve requests on the first contact
- Educate customers about their insurance policies
- Handle a variety of issues independently while seeking guidance in complex situations
- Manage time effectively to meet department service level expectations
- Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve goals related to customer experience and call handling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift within operational hours, 7 am–7 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
- Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with insurance financial products, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
