Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Care Support Supervisor in Columbia, SC to lead a team of inspection schedulers coordinating fire electronic and sprinkler inspections. You will drive branch outcomes via KPIs, ensure on-time inspections, and maintain quality documentation and customer communications.

The role requires 3–5 years in similar environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient analytical skills and MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, including local branch administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inspection Schedulers to coordinate fire electronic and sprinkler inspections.
• Monitor progress, measure performance, and drive process improvements.
• Manage HR activities: onboarding/off-boarding, payroll processing, annual reviews, LOA, and confidential personnel records.
• Drive PSA Revenue plan and ensure customer service excellence.
