Job summary

LCI, based at Camp Lejeune, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to assist Customer Service Representatives and handle all customer-related matters. You will process sales orders, quote contracts, and communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The role supports our mission to serve the needs of our customers, with Monday–Friday hours and on-site work. You will use Axapta and Excel to generate reports and track orders, striving to improve service levels and

Qualifications

High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
Basic retail knowledge.
Accuracy with computerized checkout systems.

Responsibilities

Handle all customer-related matters with a positive demeanor.
Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email throughout the sales order process.
Provide quotes on contracts and follow up on quotes.
Reach out to customers for information as needed.
Reconcile orders with on-hand or on-order materials to maximize sales.
Coordinate pickup/delivery of orders.
Maintain a customer contact list and use it to grow business.
Assist checkout counters to reduce customer wait times.
Follow up with customers with surveys on satisfaction and delivery.
