Job summary

CAPITAL Services in Brookings, SD seeks onsite Customer Care Reps and Bilingual Customer Care Reps for a full-time role. You’ll empathize with customers, identify solutions, and positively impact each day through phone interactions. Training is provided, with a 4-week paid program and mentorship for success.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (10:30am–7:00pm), no weekends, and a bilingual differential of 15% for Spanish fluency. Benefits include health/dental/vision and more.

Training & Support
Complete a full-time, paid 4-week training program to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed. Our self‑paced training includes hands‑on learning, on‑the‑job experience, and mentorship to ensure you’re fully prepared and supported in your role.
