Job summary

CAPITAL Services in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring Onsite Customer Care Representatives and Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to join a dynamic team. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:30am–7:00pm with no weekend shifts, and a 4-week paid training program to set you up for success.

You will empathize with customers, identify solutions, and deliver friendly, solution-focused service over the phone, while documenting accounts and meeting performance goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care or call-center environments preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills required.
• Ability to document interactions accurately while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Training & Support
