Working Solutions LLC is hiring a remote PRO to help seniors and families navigate living options. You will answer questions, provide information, and facilitate referrals to advisors, using empathy and active listening on inbound and outbound calls.

As an independent contractor, you’ll set your own schedule and work from home. The role emphasizes flexible hours, excellent communication, and a supportive team as you help clients during sensitive health transitions.

Help seniors and their families navigate senior living choices by providing information, answering questions, and facilitating referrals to advisors. Listening skills and empathy are essential to this role. This is a work-from-home opportunity that provides customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Earnings Potential

• Earn $0.20/productive minute
• Performance-based incentives provide the opportunity to earn an additional $.04 to $.07 per productive minute

Schedule

• Client hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 7:00am-11:00pm
• You create your own schedule – select the available hours that are convenient for you.

Skills Needed

• Consultative sales skills
• Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to multi-task – you will be speaking with callers, navigating multiple systems, and entering information to create client profiles
• Empathy – you will be dealing with sensitive health issues

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• USB headset with microphone
• Dual monitors
• Full PC requirements

Important Information

Contractors on this program must live in and work from within the United States or Canada. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
