Job summary

Working Solutions LLC is seeking PRO contractors to deliver exceptional customer service remotely. You can work from home with a flexible schedule and set hours that fit your life, while supporting diverse clients across industries.

You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, maintain HIPAA compliance, and use a Windows 11 PC with a wired connection. Applicants must pass a background check and speak English.

Earnings Potential

• Earn $0.31/customer interaction minute
• Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
• On average, contractors can earn up to the equivalent of $18.60/hr

Schedule

• Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
• Schedule available hours Monday-Friday, 10am - 8pm cst.

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone. A smart phone and be willing to accept texts related to program work.
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility. *Full PC requirements

Important Information

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Oregon, California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington state for this program. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

Contractual Relationship:The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
