Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking PRO agents to assist federal employees, retirees, and military personnel with plan enrollment, account setup, and site navigation—completely from home. This short-term seasonal role features peak activity during open enrollment (Nov 9 – Dec 14) and the chance to continue with another program if you fit well.

You will work from a quiet home office with a flexible schedule 7am–8pm CT, Monday–Friday, and you may receive prorated minutes and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

Assist federal employees, retirees, and military personnel with plan enrollment, account setup, general plan questions, and site navigation—all from home. This short-term seasonal role is a great way to get started with Working Solutions, with the highest call volume during open enrollment (November 9 – December 14). If you’re a good fit, you may have the opportunity to continue with another program afterward.

Earnings Potential

• The contracted rate is $0.28 for English and $0.31 for Spanish per Customer Interaction Minute (CIM).
• $16.80 - $18.60 (hourly equivalent)
• Contractors will be provided a prorated minimum of 54 minutes per productive hour.
• This program also has incentives available beyond the per-minute rate.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule opportunities - you choose your own hours!
• Hours of operations are 7am-8pm CT Monday-Friday and may increase during open enrollment

Work Environment Requirements

• Quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours.

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone.
• A smart phone and be willing to accept texts related to program work.
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
