Rocky Brands is seeking a Customer Care Representative to professionally interact with customers via phone and web inquiries, entering and tracking orders and handling returns.
The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and ability to convert inquiries into sales. Training is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST; work schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, reflecting the needs of a customer-focused ecommerce team in Ohio.
The Customer Care Representative will professionally interact with customers to provide superior service and support as a primary agent for all inbound phone calls and Company websites inquiries, being responsible for entry and tracking of orders, answering email inquiries, and notifying customers of backorders.
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
