Job summary

Liz Portee State Farm Agency in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide friendly, professional support to customers. The role focuses on policy changes, billing issues, and proactive coverage recommendations, all while maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates.

You will follow up to resolve questions, identify gaps in coverage, and present suitable insurance options to clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Must have a Life & Health license OR be willing to obtain both immediately upon hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $15–$25/hour + monthly commissions
