The role emphasizes greeting customers, directing inquiries to the right people, and maintaining a clean, professional reception area while supporting Relocation Leasing Consultants and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and collaborate with our Relocation Manager to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide top-notch customer service by greeting callers warmly and guiding them to their desired destination.
• Listen attentively to callers, anticipate their needs, and prioritize customer satisfaction at every turn.
• Manage messages effectively, ensuring prompt delivery to the right recipients.
• Offer basic rental information to prospective tenants and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Keep our office running smoothly by operating various office equipment and managing the company's general email account.
• Maintain and update essential documents and forms, including our Relocation Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Provide administrative support to our Relocation Leasing Consultants and other team members as needed.
• Uphold our professional standards by maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through respectful and helpful interactions.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 8:25 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturdays 8:55 AM - 4:00 PM
